The card still exists as a specific edition (same serial #, same XP/level, same battle scars) — the house just owns it now and re-lists it here at rarity × 1.66. Buy it and that exact card is yours, history and all.
The card was erased from existence — most commonly via sellback, where the collector traded the card back to the pool for 1/10 its base value in credits. Serial # is retired, all XP and stats gone. Unminted cards never appear in this storefront — their edition slot is returned to the pack pool for someone else to pull fresh.
